Customers affected: TISA Mobile customers

Services affected: Inbound and UK outbound voice calls. Mobile data and SMS is not affected.


We are aware of an outage affecting inbound and outbound calls on your TISA mobile. This is an issue originating from the EE side and their engineers are working on a resolution. We will update you as soon as the fault has been rectified. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
