Aland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Ceuta and Melilla, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Melilla, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Saint Martin, San Marino, Sint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City, Liechtenstein and Saint Barthélemy.
