Activate

Turn On Forwarding

Replace [number] with the UK number you want calls forwarded to, then press dial.

Check Status

Dial this to see if forwarding is active and which number calls are currently being sent to.

Turn Off Forwarding

*#21#

Cancels call forwarding completely. Calls will come directly to your TISA SIM again.

iOS Settings

  1. Settings Open the Settings app
  2. Phone Scroll down and tap Phone
  3. Call Forwarding Find and tap Call Forwarding
  4. Toggle On Turn on the forwarding switch
  5. Enter Number Type the UK number to forward to
Android

Android Settings

  1. Phone App Open the default Phone app
  2. Menu Tap the three dots menu
  3. Settings Choose Settings from the menu
  4. Call Forwarding Find Call Forwarding option
  5. Enter Number Input the forwarding number
  6. Confirm Tap OK or Turn On

UK Numbers Only Call forwarding works to UK geographic and mobile numbers only.
Standard Charges Normal call charges apply when forwarding calls to the destination number.
Coverage Needed Ensure the destination number has good coverage for reliable forwarding.
USSD Recommended Dial codes are the most reliable method and work on all devices.
