Port your number in three simple steps

Stay in control from request to activation. Here's what to expect.

1. Request your PAC

Text PAC to 65075. You'll get a text within a minute containing your PAC code and your account info.

Tip: Your PAC lasts 30 days. Keep the message handy.
2. Order your TISA SIM

Choose the plan that suits you and complete checkout. We'll send you a TISA SIM ready for activation.

Already have one? Jump straight to activation with your PAC.
3. Book the transfer

Submit your PAC during activation or via our support team. Pick the day you'd like the number to move across.

We'll confirm: Expect a handover text the morning of your switch.

How the transfer day works

08:00 - 11:00

Network updates start

We synchronise your profile with your previous operator and prepare both SIMs.

11:00 - 14:00

Temporary dual service

You may briefly lose service-swap in your TISA SIM when prompted via SMS.

By 17:00

Number live on TISA

We confirm completion and test incoming/outgoing calls so you can carry on as normal.

Regulated timing
  • Business hours only: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (UK)
  • PAC codes remain valid for 30 days; expired codes must be reissued
  • Requests made after 4pm typically complete within two working days

If we have your PAC before 4pm on a working day, the transfer normally completes the next business day. Requests after 4pm or on weekends/bank holidays complete within two working days.

There may be a short period where calls and texts pause while the number is reassigned. Have your TISA SIM ready-once inserted, service resumes on the new network.

No-using your PAC automatically tells them you're moving. They'll close the account once the number ports to TISA and send any final bill or credit.

Simply text PAC to 65075 again from the same phone. Networks must reissue a fresh PAC free of charge, valid for another 30 days.
