If we have your PAC before 4pm on a working day, the transfer normally completes the next business day. Requests after 4pm or on weekends complete within two working days.

There may be a short period where calls and texts pause while the number is reassigned. Have your TISA SIM ready. Once inserted, service resumes on our network.

No. Using your PAC automatically notifies them you are moving. They will close the account once the number ports to TISA and send any final bill or credit.

Simply text PAC to 65075 again from the same phone. Networks must reissue a fresh PAC free of charge, valid for another 30 days.
