Moving and taking your number (PAC)

Use a PAC if you want your existing number to follow you to another UK mobile network.

  • Valid for 30 days - share it with your new provider.
  • Requests must be made from the UK on the number you're moving.

Cancelling without the number (STAC)

Use a STAC when you're ending service entirely and don't need to keep your number active anywhere else.

  • Codes are free and valid for 30 days.
  • Your number will be disconnected permanently.
  • Share the code with your new provider or call us to set a closure date.
Important: After the STAC completes, we send a final bill (or credit). Make sure any outstanding device payments are settled.

Give the code to your new provider or confirm a cancellation date with us. Ports submitted before 4pm usually complete next business day.

After completion

Account closes automatically

We send final billing within 7 days. Any credit is refunded to your original payment method.

Need to pause or cancel the request? Contact us before the port date - we can stop or reschedule up to 4pm the working day prior.
