Set Up via Device Settings

Prefer using your phone settings instead of USSD codes? Follow these straightforward steps for iPhone or Android.

iPhone
iOS 15 and later

Open Settings on your iPhone.

Scroll down and tap Phone.

Tap Call Forwarding and toggle it on.

Tap Forward To and enter the destination number including the country code (e.g. +447...).

Press Back. Forwarding is active when the toggle shows green and a phone icon appears in the status bar.
Android
Samsung, Pixel, and other devices

Open the Phone app and tap the three dot menu (or Settings).

Tap Settings, then select Supplementary services or Call forwarding.

Select Voice call if prompted.

Choose the forwarding type: Always forward, When busy, When unanswered, or When unreachable.

Enter the destination number with country code and tap Enable or Turn on. A confirmation message will appear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does call forwarding cost anything extra?
Activating call forwarding itself is free. However, forwarded calls are charged at your standard tariff rate for the outgoing leg to the destination number. If you forward to a UK mobile, standard UK call rates apply. International forwarding destinations will be charged at the applicable international rate.
Can I forward calls to an international number?
Yes. When entering the destination number in the USSD code or device settings, use the full international format including the country code (e.g. +971 for UAE, +1 for the US). International call rates will apply for each forwarded call.
Can I use multiple forwarding types at the same time?
Yes. You can combine conditional forwarding types. For example, set forward when busy to one number and forward when no answer to another. Note that if you activate forward all calls, it overrides the conditional types since every call is redirected before the phone rings.
How do I check which forwarding is currently active?
Dial *#21# to check unconditional forwarding, *#67# for busy, *#61# for no answer, and *#62# for unreachable. Your phone will display the current status and destination number for each type.
