How much is a business phone number?

A local or 03 number is £3.30 a month ex VAT, and an 0800 or 0808 freephone number is £11.30 a month, each with a one-off setup charge of £10.64.

What does it cost a caller to ring an 03 number?

The same as calling an 01 or 02 number, and it counts towards the caller’s inclusive minutes. That is Ofcom’s rule for 03 numbers.

Is an 0800 number free to call?

Yes. Calls to 0800 and 0808 numbers are free from UK landlines and mobiles. You pay for the incoming calls instead of your customers.

Do we need a phone line for a business number?
