Your contract terms determine whether an annual price adjustment can apply. Any applicable change is handled in line with your contract terms and notified in advance.

TISA reviews prices once a year on 1 April. If you are a micro business, a small business or a not-for-profit, the categories Ofcom GC C1 protects, a review never changes what you pay during your contract. For larger businesses our terms allow one annual adjustment of CPI plus 3.9 percentage points, applied on 1 April and notified at least 30 days in advance. New pricing otherwise applies only if you choose to renew. Calls abroad and roaming beyond the included allowance are charged separately, at the international rates and the roaming rates. Questions about Pocket Office SIM

What is a Pocket Office SIM?
A TISA Business SIM with a Cloud PBX extension on the same SIM, the combination known as fixed-mobile convergence. It is a full business mobile service, with unlimited UK calls and texts, 5G and the data allowance you choose, and the office number rings and dials from the handset itself.

What is the difference between Pocket Office and a TISA Business SIM?
A Business SIM is business mobile service on a work mobile number. Pocket Office adds a Cloud PBX extension to that same SIM, so the employee also has the office number and the phone system behind it. See Business SIM plans.

Do I need an app to make and receive business calls?
No. The extension is on the SIM rather than in an app, so the business number is answered and dialled from the handset’s normal call screen. There is nothing to install, sign into or leave running.

Can I also use the TISA Cloud PBX desktop and mobile apps?
Yes. The same Cloud PBX account also runs on the TISA apps for Android, iPhone, Windows and macOS. The apps are an option rather than a requirement, which is the difference between Pocket Office and a softphone-only service. See TISA Cloud PBX.

Can I keep my existing business number with Pocket Office?
Yes. Existing UK business numbers transfer across, so you keep the number you already advertise. You choose the date, and landline and VoIP transfers typically take 7 to 10 working days. How number transfers work.

How much does Pocket Office cost and what terms is it sold on?
From £8.50 per SIM per month excluding VAT on a 24 month term, or £10.10 on 12 months. That entry plan carries the Cloud PBX extension with no data allowance; plans with data run up to £22.40 for 100GB on 24 months. Every plan includes the same Cloud PBX capability, SIM delivery is free, and Pocket Office is sold on 12 and 24 month terms only.
