How does the quote builder work?
Add phone numbers, users, desk or cordless phones, business mobiles and broadband to the sketch pad. Your setup charges, first bill and monthly bill update as you go. Switch between 30 day, 12 month and 24 month terms to compare, then save the quote and we email it to you with a PDF.
Are the prices real?
Yes. Every price is read from our live rate card, the same one we bill from. Prices exclude VAT, and you can switch VAT on in the bill. A saved quote is valid for 7 days.
What will my first bill be?
Your first bill is the one off setup charges plus one full month of your monthly charges. There is no part month to work out. After that you pay the monthly amount.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, for UK 01, 02 and 03 numbers. A number you bring costs the same as a new one: the same monthly rental, and its setup charge covers the move. Moving several numbers on one line starts at £31.95, and we confirm the price once we know your current setup.
Do I need desk phones?
No. Every user gets the desktop and mobile apps free, so a laptop or mobile is enough. If you want desk or cordless phones, you can lease or buy them. Leasing is available to limited companies and LLPs. Sole traders and other partnerships can buy outright. Phone delivery is £9.99 per phone, whether you buy or lease.
What do calls cost?
Charged on use: UK calls on a pay as you go user, 1p a minute to landlines and 5p a minute to mobiles; forwarded calls without a call forwarding bundle at the same rates; calls abroad per destination. Users on an unlimited plan have UK calls included.
Can prices change during my contract?
Micro and small businesses and not-for-profits: any in-contract price rise is set out in pounds and pence before you sign (Ofcom General Condition C1). Other businesses: an annual adjustment of CPI plus 3.9 percentage points on 1 April, with at least 30 days notice. See our terms, clause 9.
What if I do not see what I need?
