One price per user. Pick how long you commit.
Every term carries the same features. Pay as you go plans include unlimited incoming calls, and outgoing UK calls are 5p a minute. Unlimited UK calling is subject to a 5,000 minute fair use allowance.

How much does a phone system cost for a small business?
TISA Cloud PBX is priced per user. From £4.20 a user a month ex VAT on a 24 month term with calls charged as you go, or from £8.50 with unlimited UK calls, plus a one-off activation charge of £10.64 a user. There is no equipment to buy unless you want desk phones.
What is a cloud phone system?
Your phone system runs on our platform instead of a box in your office. Calls reach your team in apps on their phones and computers, or on desk phones, wherever they are working.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes. Landline and VoIP numbers typically move in 7 to 10 working days, on a date you pick, and your current service keeps working until the switch. See keep your number.
What contract do we sign?
A 30 day rolling term with no minimum, or a 12 or 24 month term at a lower monthly price. Every term carries the same features.
Do we still need a phone line?
No. Cloud PBX runs over your internet connection. The UK’s old phone lines switch off on 31 January 2027 anyway: what that means for you.
