Broadband and phones together
Business fibre and a phone system from one provider. One bill, one team to call.
Full fibre up to 1000 Mbps with TISA Cloud PBX on top. There is no phone line to rent: your calls run over the fibre, on the numbers you already have.

The old phone line
It is being switched off anyway.
The UK’s analogue and ISDN lines stop working on 31 January 2027. Fibre with Cloud PBX is what replaces them. What to check before the switch-off.
An internet based phone service, including ours, will not work in a power cut or if your broadband is down. Always keep a mobile available for emergency calls.
Questions
What businesses ask when they move both at once.
Do we still need a phone line?
No. Business full fibre is a data only connection with no line rental. Your calls run over it on TISA Cloud PBX, on the numbers you already have.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. Landline and VoIP numbers typically move in 7 to 10 working days, on a date you pick, and your current service keeps working until the switch. See keep your number.
What does it cost?
Business fibre is £49.99, £59.99 or £69.99 a month ex VAT on a 24 month term, and Cloud PBX is from £4.20 a user a month. A new installation is £149.99; moving an existing fibre service costs nothing upfront.
We already have fibre. Do we have to start again?
No. If the premises already has a compatible fibre service, moving it to TISA is a migration, with no setup or installation fee, and the business router is included.
Will our phones work in a power cut?
An internet based phone service, including ours, will not work during a power cut or if your broadband is down, and it may not reliably give your location to the emergency services. Always keep a mobile available for emergency calls.
