Three plans, nothing complicated

Most business broadband is sold as a grid of speed tiers, care levels and installation options that nobody outside the industry can meaningfully choose between. We check your address and deliver the best full fibre service available there. You pick a speed, and that is the only decision you need to make.

Setup is £149.99, or free when you switch. If you already have broadband at the premises and are simply moving it to us, there is nothing to pay to get started. The £149.99 applies where a brand new line has to be installed, and it covers a standard engineering visit. Some premises need more extensive cabling work. Where that is the case we tell you the cost and get your approval first, so there is never a surprise on your bill.

What you get on every plan

The same specification across all three speeds. The only variable is how fast it goes.

Switching to us is free and takes about a week

If there is already a full fibre broadband service at your premises, moving it to TISA costs you nothing to set up. No engineer needs to visit, no new cabling is required, and the changeover typically causes a short interruption on the day rather than a day of downtime. We handle the transfer with your existing provider, so there is no need to give notice yourself in most cases.

1. Tell us your postcode

We check exactly what is available at your address and confirm the speed you can expect, in writing, before you commit to anything.

2. We confirm the price

You get a written quote showing the monthly cost, any setup charge, and anything unusual about your premises that affects it.

3. We book it in

Switching an existing service is usually about a week. A brand new line takes a minimum of five working days and often one to three weeks.

4. Plug in and go

Your router arrives pre configured. Connect it to the fibre socket on the day and you are online, with our UK team available if anything is not right.

Optional extras

Nothing here is required, and the standard plan is a complete business service on its own. These exist because some businesses genuinely need them.

ExtraWhat it doesPer month
Priority Repair Halves the repair target to 24 hours and adds Sunday and bank holiday engineer attendance. Worth having if you trade at weekends. £14.99
Critical Repair A seven hour repair target, any day, any time. For businesses where an hour offline has a measurable cost. £24.99
Extra static IPs, block of 2 Two additional usable addresses for VPN gateways or a second hosted service. £9.00
Extra static IPs, block of 6 Six additional usable addresses for hosting, CCTV, or multi site setups. £15.00
Traffic Priority Prioritises your traffic during busy periods on the network. Most useful on Fibre 80 and at busy sites. £7.99

Three things worth knowing before you order

We would rather tell you these now than have you find out later.

There is no phone line, and your old one will stop

Full fibre is a data only service. There is no dial tone and no line rental, which is why the price you see is the whole price. If you currently have a traditional phone line at the premises it will normally cease when the new service goes live. Anything relying on that line needs checking first: alarm systems, lift emergency phones, care lines, door entry systems and older card machines are the usual ones. Tell us what you have and we will work out what needs to change.

Speeds are "up to", but we tell you yours before you commit

The headline speed is the maximum the product supports. What your premises will actually achieve depends on the line, and we confirm the minimum guaranteed download speed for your specific address before you sign anything. If we then cannot deliver it, and cannot put it right within 30 days of you telling us, you can leave with no early termination charge.

We check your address by hand, so a quote takes hours, not seconds

We do not have an instant postcode checker on this page, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Availability, the exact speed and whether your premises need extra work are all confirmed manually before we quote. It means you wait a few hours for an answer. It also means the price we give you is the price you pay.

Business broadband questions

Do I need a phone line for TISA business broadband?

No. Our business broadband is a data only service delivered over full fibre, so there is no separate phone line to rent and no line rental to pay. If you currently have a traditional phone line at the premises it will normally cease when the new service goes live, so any equipment relying on it, such as alarms, lifts, care lines or card machines, needs to be checked first.

How much is installation?

Installation is £149.99 on a new line and free when you switch an existing broadband service to us. The fee covers a standard engineering visit. If Openreach classify your premises as needing more extensive work, we tell you the cost and get your approval before anything goes ahead, so you are never billed for a visit you did not agree to.

How long does it take to get connected?

A new connection takes a minimum of five working days from order, and usually one to three weeks depending on engineer availability at your postcode. Switching an existing full fibre service is faster because no new cabling is needed.

What speed do I actually get?

Speeds are quoted as up to figures because the achievable rate depends on your premises. Before you commit we confirm the minimum guaranteed download speed for your specific address. If we cannot deliver that speed and cannot put it right within 30 days of you reporting it, you may leave without an early termination charge.

What happens if my broadband breaks?

Faults can be reported 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Every plan includes a 48 hour repair target with engineers attending Monday to Saturday. If you trade on Sundays or bank holidays you can add Priority Repair for a 24 hour target seven days a week, or Critical Repair for a seven hour target.

Is a static IP address included?

Yes. Every plan includes one static IP address at no extra cost, which matters if you run a VPN, remote access, CCTV or a hosted service. Blocks of two or six additional addresses are available.

Do I have to buy a router?

No. A pre configured business router is included free on every plan and arrives ready to plug in. If you already have your own business firewall or router you are welcome to keep using it.

Can I keep my broadband if I move premises?

Broadband cannot be transferred between addresses. A move is treated as ending the service at the old premises and installing a new one at the new address, which means a new setup fee and a new minimum term.

What is the contract length?

Twenty four months as standard. A twelve month term is available on request and is quoted individually. Twenty four months is the better value option on every plan.

How is business broadband different from home broadband?

Business broadband is prioritised for business traffic, carries a faster repair target with engineer attendance on Saturdays, includes a static IP address, and is supported by a UK business team rather than a consumer helpdesk. Home broadband typically has a 72 hour or longer repair target with no committed engineer attendance.
