A Business SIM is a work mobile on its own number. A Pocket Office SIM adds a Cloud PBX extension to the same SIM, so the office number rings on the mobile too. Mix both on one account.

Do we get one bill for every phone?
Yes. Every work mobile sits on one account and is itemised on one monthly invoice.
Can staff keep their existing work numbers?
Yes. A mobile number moves on a PAC code within one business day of the request. Each line needs its own code, and codes sent together move on the same date. See keep your number.
Which network do the SIMs use?
TISA Business SIMs run on the EE network. You can check coverage at your address with our coverage checker.
Does roaming cost extra?
SIMs with data can use up to 25% of their UK data allowance in the EU at no extra charge, 50% on the 1GB plan and up to 25GB on Unlimited. The calls and texts only SIM has no data, so it does not include EU roaming. Details on business roaming.
