The list keeps growing, and new features arrive free for everyone already with us.

Branch routerNew
Callers key in a branch code and go straight to that branch, team or outside number.
Departments
Group staff by team, each with its own mailbox and shortcode.

Hold callers in line with position announcements rather than a busy tone.
Music on hold
A licence-cleared library, so you need no PRS or PPL licence of your own.
Announcements
Play a message to callers before, or instead of, ringing anybody.
Custom audio prompts
Record in the browser or upload your own. No studio, no fee.
Sending calls to the right place
Routing that follows the clock and the calendar, not a support ticket.

Set closures in advance. Normal routing resumes by itself.

The recording lands in the inbox as an attachment.

Your own sender ID
Texts arrive from your business name rather than a random number.

Every message sent, with its delivery status.
Working away from the desk

Up to six handsets on one base, each with its own extension.
Move an extension
Shift a user between handsets from the portal in seconds.
Knowing what happened
Every call, searchable, with no analytics add-on to buy.

Registration history
When each handset last connected, and from where.

TLS signalling and SRTP media, on by default rather than on request.
999 and 101 access

Questions
What people ask about the features.
Is every feature really included?
Yes. Every feature on this page comes with every user, on every contract term. There are no tiers, modules or upgrades to buy. The list is checked against our live price list, so anything that ever starts to cost money comes off this page.
What do I actually pay for?
Users, phone numbers and calls, plus optional extras such as call forwarding bundles, recording storage and desk phones. The quote builder shows your exact setup and monthly cost.
Can I make calls from my own software?
Yes. With an API key you can place calls from your own software or CRM: we ring your extension first, then dial the number, and send live call events to your system. Calls are charged at your normal rates.
Which CRMs do you connect to?
Twelve today, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Pabau. Calls log themselves against the right contact.
