Speak-up pages

Let people call you from a web page. No number, no app, nothing that says who they are.

A speak-up page is a simple branded page with one button: Call now. Staff, customers or the public open your link, press the button and talk to your team from their browser. You never see their phone number, email address or internet address.

How a call works

From the link to the answer, the caller never has to say who they are.

  1. 1

    You share the link

In your whistleblowing policy, staff handbook, posters and emails, or as a button on your website.

  2. 2

    They press Call now

On their phone or computer, in any up-to-date browser. No app, no sign-up, no number to give.

  3. 3

    They can disguise their voice

If you switch it on, callers press 1 and their voice is raised in pitch for the whole call, voicemail included.

  4. 4

    Your team answers

The call rings the extension, team or menu you chose. Your phones show it came from your speak-up page, never a number.

What stays private

Built so there is nothing to look up.

A phone call always carries a number. A call from a speak-up page does not, so there is nothing for your team, or ours, to find.

  • You never see the caller’s phone number, email address or internet address, on any phone, alert or report.
  • TISA keeps no record of the caller’s internet address. Limits run on a code that changes every midnight and cannot be turned back into an address.
  • The page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. It is not even listed in search engines.
  • Our phone system never receives the caller’s address. The call is carried through Cloudflare, which, like any network provider, sees it while the call is connected.
  • The page tells callers how to stay safe: use their own device on their own internet connection, and a private browser window.

We do not call it anonymous. What someone says on the call, or the work laptop they use, can still give them away, and the page is honest with callers about that.

Sharing it

A private link, a button on your website, or both.

A shareable link

Every page has its own long, random web address on speak-up.tisa.one. Put it in policies, posters and emails.

This is the most private option: the page is run by TISA, so nothing about the visit touches your website, your analytics or your network.

A button on your website

Add one line of code and a Call button opens the page in a pop-up. It only opens on the website addresses you list.

Your website may record the visit, so the pop-up says so and points callers to the shareable link.

Make it yours

Your name, your words, your team at the other end.

  • Your organisation name, heading and message, plus your opening hours, so callers know who they are reaching and when.
  • Your colours for the background, text, heading, message box and button, with a live preview in the portal.
  • Where calls go: an extension, a ring group, a queue, a department, a menu, an opening hours rule or straight to voicemail.
  • Voice disguise: off, offered to callers (press 1), or always on, with the prompt in a female or male voice.
  • A phone number to show, if you have one, for people who would rather phone, with a tip to dial 141 first.
  • Limits: calls per person per day, calls per day in total, and the longest call.
  • A new link at any time. The old one stops working straight away.

Who uses it

Anywhere people need to speak up without being seen.

Whistleblowing and speak-up lines for employers. Safeguarding concerns for schools, charities and care providers. Confidential HR and wellbeing lines. Tip-offs for regulators, associations, landlords and property managers.

It runs on TISA Cloud PBX, alongside your other lines. If you also offer a phone number, the confidential line setting hides the numbers of people who phone it.

Speak-up page: £9.99 a month per page, ex VAT, no minimum term.

Confidential line, for a phone number as well: £2.99 a month per number, ex VAT, on top of the number, 12 month minimum term. See confidential phone lines.

Prices correct as of 13 October 2026. Full details in the price guide.

Questions

What organisations ask before they set one up.

Is a call from the page anonymous?

You never see the caller’s phone number, email address or internet address, and TISA does not keep a record of their internet address, so there is nothing on our side that says who called. We still do not call it anonymous: what someone says, or using a work laptop on work Wi-Fi, can give them away. The page tells callers this and suggests their own device on their own connection.

Do callers need an app or an account?

No. They open the link on a phone or computer, press Call now and allow the microphone. Any up-to-date browser works, and a VPN is fine. The Tor browser does not support calls.

Do we need a phone number for it?

No. A page rings whichever extension, team or menu you choose, without a number. If you also want to offer a number for people who would rather phone, the page can show it with a tip to dial 141 first, and the confidential line setting hides those callers too.

Can we put it on our own website?

Yes. One line of code adds a button that opens the page in a pop-up, and it only opens on the website addresses you list. Your website may record the visit, so the pop-up tells callers that, and points them to the shareable link as the more private choice.

How do you stop people abusing it?

Each page has limits you set: calls per person per day, calls per day in total and the longest call. An invisible check stops automated calls. Because we do not know who a caller is, a limit only lasts until midnight, and a determined person could come back the next day. For a speak-up line we think that is the right trade.

What happens out of hours?

The call follows the destination you choose, so it can follow your opening hours, ring a small team at once, or go straight to voicemail. Write your hours on the page so callers know when someone will answer.

What if a link gets into the wrong hands?

Create a new link in the portal. The old one stops working straight away, and you share the new one. You can also switch the page off at any time.
