- Every feature on every extension. IVR, ring groups, time based routing and the rest, with no premium plan above them.
- 1GB of call recording. Included on every account and kept 30 days. More storage is available if you need it kept longer.
- Two hours of CRM integration. Included with every account, so calls sit against the right record.
- EU roaming on every SIM that carries data. Up to 25% of your UK data allowance at no extra charge, 50% on the 1GB plan and up to 25GB on Unlimited. The no data SIMs are calls and texts only, so they do not include EU roaming. See roaming destinations and rates.

A UK team, and honest hours.
Our own people in Milton Keynes, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm, closed on UK bank holidays.
Outside those hours the portals stay open, so you can change routing, add a user or read an invoice yourself.
Moving
None of this needs a rip and replace.
You can move one service at a time. Tell us what you have and when the contracts end, and we will plan it around those dates.
