Once you have requested your code, here is what to expect from start to finish.
Text PAC or STAC to the relevant number. You will receive your code via SMS within 60 seconds, no phone calls or forms required.
If porting (PAC), give the code to your new provider. They will schedule the transfer for the next working day. Your service continues uninterrupted until the switch.
Your TISA business account will close automatically once the port completes or the STAC request is processed. No further action is needed from you.
Common questions from businesses leaving TISA.
Yes. Each SIM will need its own PAC code. Simply text PAC to 65075 from each TISA SIM you wish to port. Give all the PAC codes to your new provider and they can schedule the transfers together, so all your business lines move on the same day.
Number ports typically complete within one working day and involve only a brief interruption of a few minutes while the number switches over. Your team will be able to make and receive calls almost immediately on the new network. We recommend scheduling the port outside of peak business hours.
TISA business plans are contract free with no early termination fees. You are free to leave at any time without penalty. If you have any outstanding balance on your account, this will need to be settled before the account closes.
We retain your call records and account data in accordance with UK data protection regulations. You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting our business team at [email protected]. We recommend downloading any invoices or records you need before your account closes.
