Why one provider
Business telecoms gets complicated one supplier at a time.
A phone system from one company, mobiles from another, broadband from a third and messaging from a fourth. Before long, you're managing multiple suppliers, bills and support teams.
Four companies. Four invoices. Four numbers to ring.
One company. One invoice. One team to call.
No rip and replace. Move one service at a time, in whatever order your contracts allow.

Before you decide
The questions we are asked most.
Still have a question? Talk to our team and we’ll give you a straight answer.
Can I move to TISA before my current contract ends?
Yes. You do not have to wait for your contract to end to start planning the move. Tell us what you have, the numbers you want to keep and your contract end date, and we build the quote and time the switch around that date. How moving works →
Will there be any downtime when I switch?
The move is planned so your service keeps running. Your extensions, numbers and call routing are set up and working before handover, and number porting is booked for a date you agree rather than one that suits us. Your existing service stays live until the new one is ready.
Can I keep my existing business numbers?
Yes. Business numbers port across, so you keep the numbers you already advertise. A mobile number moves on a PAC code, which you request from your current provider by texting PAC to 65075. A landline, 03 or freephone number has no PAC: you give us the numbers, your current provider and a recent bill, and we raise the transfer. Either way, tell us the date you want and we book the port for it. Keep your number →
How much does TISA Cloud PBX cost?
From £4.20 per extension a month, excluding VAT, with unlimited inbound calls and outgoing UK calls at 5p a minute. Unlimited outgoing UK calls are £8.50 per extension a month. There is a one-off £10.64 activation per extension, on 30-day rolling, 12 or 24 month terms. Cloud PBX pricing →
