Bills are generated monthly on your billing date. Direct debit payments are collected a few days after your bill is issued. You can view your billing date and history in the TISA app or customer portal.

No. TISA is committed to transparent pricing. All plan costs are clearly shown including VAT. You only pay for what you use beyond your included allowances.
We include any remaining device payments or contract fees in the SMS with your PAC or STAC. You only pay for services already used plus any agreed device balance. See our Leaving TISA page for details.
Once the account closes we generate a final statement within 7 days. If you are owed money, we refund the card or bank account on file automatically.
Insert your SIM card and call our activation line. Our team will activate your SIM, usually within a few minutes. For eSIM, follow the QR code instructions provided.
Yes, TISA supports eSIM activation on compatible devices. Contact our support team to request an eSIM and receive your QR code for instant activation.
Absolutely. You can port your existing number to TISA by requesting a PAC code from your current provider. Visit our Keep Your Number page for details.
If we have your PAC before 4pm on a working day, the transfer normally completes the next business day. Requests after 4pm or on weekends complete within two working days.
There may be a short period where calls and texts pause while the number is reassigned. Have your TISA SIM ready — once inserted, service resumes on our network.
Simply text PAC to 65075 again from the same phone. Networks must reissue a fresh PAC free of charge, valid for another 30 days.

Yes. Call us before the scheduled transfer date and we will cancel the code, reactivate your number if needed, and review any improvements we can make.
