Zone 6
Rest of the world No coverage
No roaming coverage - no bundle available for these destinations.
South Korea, Maldives, Myanmar, Algeria, Cuba, Bahrain, Bolivia, Ethiopia, Libya, Namibia, Zimbabwe and everywhere else not listed, plus maritime, aircraft and satellite networks.
We do not offer roaming in this zone. There is no roaming bundle available for these destinations, so your SIM cannot use data, make calls or send texts here.
Calls while roaming
Zone 1 (Europe): calls follow your home plan - make and receive calls as you would at home. Zones 2-5: a 24-hour pass includes a set allowance of inbound calls and outbound minutes to the UK (shown on each zone above). Without a pass, outgoing calls will not work. Zone 6: no roaming coverage - calls cannot be made or received. Any calls beyond a pass allowance (and calls to numbers other than the UK while abroad) are charged at the network's roaming rate plus our 30% handling fee, billed rounded up to the next minute. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice.
Using data outside Zone 1? Roaming outside Europe is charged at roaming rates and depends on your plan's roaming setting. You can turn roaming on or off, or limit it, in your account at my.tisa.one under Plan settings > Roaming.
