This promotion is run in partnership with the MK Stallions cricket team, who are not responsible for administering the prize draw or providing the prizes.

Entries are open now and close at 5:00pm on Saturday 5 July 2026 at the TISA CUP. You can enter any time from now until then, but the last entry is accepted at 5:00pm on the day. Only entries received and validated by 5:00pm on 5 July 2026 are eligible.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost or not received for any reason.

3.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. You can enter any time from now until 5:00pm on 5 July 2026, but the draw takes place at the venue and you must be physically present at the TISA CUP to win and claim a prize (see clauses 6 and 7).

3.2 Employees, directors, contractors and agents of the Promoter (9Eons Limited) and its group companies, anyone else involved in administering this promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. MK Stallions players and members are welcome to enter, subject to these Terms.

3.3 A valid UK mobile number and email address are required to enter.

3.4 This promotion is open to new TISA customers only. People who are already TISA mobile customers or hold an active TISA SIM are not eligible to win.

3.5 Proof of identity, age and UK residency may be requested before a prize is awarded.

To enter, complete the entry form at tisa.one/mkstallions - reached by scanning the QR code at the event or via a link on TISA's Facebook or Instagram - providing your name, email and a valid UK mobile number, and ticking the consent box. Entries can only be made through this official entry form; no other method of entry is accepted, and only people who enter (and validate) via the form are eligible to win.

No purchase is necessary. Entry is free, other than any standard data charges your network or platform may apply for accessing the internet.

Your entry is only complete once your mobile number has been validated. To validate it, download the free TISA Home app and register using the same mobile number you entered with. This verifies the number (via a one-time code in the app) and confirms your place in the draw. Entries whose number has not been validated in this way may not be included in the draw.

One entry per person. Entries are de-duplicated by mobile number and email address; only your first valid entry counts.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries, and to verify entries before awarding a prize. Providing a valid, contactable mobile number is the entrant's responsibility.

There are three (3) prizes, each being 12 months of TISA mobile service on the stated plan:

Prize values are based on 12 months at the standard monthly retail prices of £18.99 (100GB), £13.99 (30GB) and £10.99 (10GB), each inclusive of VAT.

Inclusive UK calls and texts. Each plan's inclusive minutes and texts cover UK calls to 01, 02, 03 and 07 (mobile) numbers. Calls to personal (070), premium (09) and other special or non-geographic numbers cost extra; international calls are charged at our international rates. Fair use applies: up to 99 different numbers a month and a 2-hour limit per call.

Each plan also includes a monthly UK data allowance (100GB, 30GB or 10GB as applicable), an EU roaming allowance and inclusive international minutes to selected destinations as per the standard plan. Up-to-date roaming zones are listed at tisa.one/roaming-zones. Fair Usage Policies apply.

The prize covers the monthly plan charge only for 12 months. Usage outside the included allowances is chargeable and is the winner's responsibility. The prize is for personal consumer use only.

The prize service is subject to network coverage, availability, and operational and regulatory requirements, and to the TISA general Terms and Conditions, which apply to the prize service in addition to these Terms. Mobile coverage varies by location; you can check the signal at your address using our coverage checker, and we recommend a winner tests the prize SIM in the places they intend to use it before transferring (porting) an existing number to it.

If for reasons beyond its control the Promoter cannot provide a stated prize, it reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6.1 Entries close at 5:00pm on 5 July 2026, after which three winners will be drawn at random from all valid, validated entries at the TISA CUP. The first drawn receives the 1st prize, the second the 2nd prize, and the third the 3rd prize. All winners will be confirmed by approximately 5:30pm.

6.2 The draw takes place at the event, and winners are expected to be present at the venue. Each winner will be contacted on the day by SMS and/or phone call using the mobile number provided, and may also be announced at the event.

6.3 On being notified, a winner must come to the stage to claim and collect their prize. If a winner cannot be located, does not come to the stage in time, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the Promoter will draw a replacement winner in their place at approximately 5:20pm. Final winners will be confirmed by approximately 5:30pm. The Promoter's decision is final.

6.4 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.1 Winners are expected to be present at the TISA CUP and to come to the stage to collect their prize at the event on the day. A drawn winner who cannot be located or does not come to the stage in time may be replaced by a replacement winner at the 5:20pm redraw (clause 6.3). Where the Promoter is nevertheless satisfied a winner is genuine and eligible, it may at its discretion make reasonable arrangements to award the prize afterwards.

7.2 As part of taking part, we would love winners to join us for a quick photo and to share a post about their win on Facebook or Instagram. Reasonable participation in this publicity is encouraged.

7.3 To comply with the CAP Code, the Promoter will make the surname and county of winners available on reasonable request and to the Advertising Standards Authority. A winner may object to their details being published or ask that the amount of information be reduced, and the Promoter will comply with any reasonable request. No other identifying details will be published without the winner's consent.

8.1 To receive the prize, the winner will need a TISA SIM or eSIM, activated via the TISA Home app or with our help. The prize SIM should be activated within a reasonable time of the win, and in any event by 31 December 2026.

8.2 Winners may transfer (port) an existing UK mobile number to the prize SIM, subject to standard porting procedures.

8.3 A valid UK Direct Debit mandate is required before activation. This is used only to collect any chargeable usage outside the included allowances - the 12 months of included service are free of charge. A winner who does not wish to set up a Direct Debit may decline the prize.

8.4 At the end of the 12-month prize period, the service will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis at the then-current standard price for the equivalent plan, collected by Direct Debit, unless the winner cancels by giving 30 days' notice in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions. The Promoter will give reasonable notice before the free period ends.

9.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.

9.2 The service is for personal consumer use only. Resale, commercial use, SIM farming, gateway usage, automated traffic, bulk messaging or similar activity is prohibited.

9.3 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant, and withhold or recover any prize, where it reasonably believes an entry was made by automated means, using a fake or duplicate account or number, or where the entrant has manipulated the promotion, breached these Terms or acted fraudulently or dishonestly.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from participation in the promotion or use of a prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10.1 The Promoter (9Eons Limited) is the data controller for personal data collected for this promotion.

10.2 We use the details you provide to administer the prize draw (verifying eligibility, running the draw, contacting winners and awarding prizes) and, where you have consented, to contact you about TISA services - including, if you tell us you are in a contract, closer to when it ends. The lawful bases are your consent and the Promoter's legitimate interests in running the promotion.

10.3 Personal data is stored securely (encrypted at rest) and retained only as long as necessary to administer the promotion and any follow-up you have consented to, after which it is securely deleted, except where longer retention is required by law. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

10.4 Personal data is handled in accordance with UK data protection law and the TISA Privacy Policy.

11.1 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc. or ByteDance Ltd. Participants release those platforms from any responsibility relating to this promotion.

11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, without liability to entrants.

11.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

11.4 These Terms, together with the TISA general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement relating to the promotion.

11.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
